Cancellation Policy

Voice Lesson Policy Students must cancel lessons at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the scheduled lesson. Cancellations must be made via text message or email at info@houseofvoicecoaching.com. Cancellations through social media will not be accepted. All lesson payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of sickness or pre-arranged vacation. Catch-up lessons are subject to the coach’s availability. Additionally, every 5th week of the month (approximately every 3 months) may be used as a catch-up lesson opportunity. In the event of the coach’s illness, lessons will be rescheduled. The lesson price includes the lesson time itself only. Video recordings, exercise recordings, or homework materials are considered additional services and are not guaranteed if the coach does not have the availability to provide them. Students who would like personalized recorded homework or exercise materials may book an additional lesson for this purpose. If a student is late, the coach will wait for a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the coach may leave, and the lesson will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Monthly lesson plans must be canceled before the 1st day of the upcoming month to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
